First impressions matter. A well-designed onboarding programme does more than tick regulatory boxes, it signals to new employees that they have joined an organisation that values them and invests in their development.

  • HR essentials - pay, holiday entitlement, sick pay, benefits and contractual terms.

  • Outline of statutory and legislative requirements (overview of health and safety on Day One)

Leadership & management development

What is the difference between ‘leadership’ and ‘management’?
