My background
I have a care and nursing background, and over 20 years experience training in care homes, colleges and domiciliary sectors. More recently, I have spent the last 10 years developing and facilitating training in the luxury retirement living sector.
I create and deliver bespoke motivating and memorable learning experiences, embedding a culture of excellence and safety. I am recognised for creating and delivering high impact training programmes, facilitating engaging training and building competency frameworks that drive safety and performance. I am skilled in all core care subjects including safeguarding, first aid, moving and assisting, medication administration etc (see ‘explore training’ for more details).
